Parts & Warranty Page

Quality Parts. Lifetime Protection.

At TrailDevil, we use only the highest-quality parts to ensure your UTV conversion performs at its best. All parts come with a Lifetime Structural Warranty, ensuring the longevity and durability of your vehicle. However, we know that some parts will need routine maintenance or replacement due to wear and tear.

Warranty Breakdown

General Warranty Information

Your new TrailDevil conversion is backed by a warranty that mirrors your manufacturer's original warranty. Any unmodified portion of your new UTV remains covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

In many cases, TrailDevil accessories and electrical components carry warranties that exceed your manufacturer’s coverage. If a component is still under a TrailDevil warranty after your original warranty expires, you may be eligible for a replacement part—however, labor costs will not be covered.

Lifetime Structural Warranty

All heavy-duty suspension and chassis components upgraded during the TrailDevil conversion process come with a lifetime structural warranty. Covered components are listed in your vehicle's build sheet and may include:

  • Control arms

  • Radius rods

  • Trailing arms

  • Sway bar end link disconnects

  • Frame stiffeners

  • Shock mount supports

  • Other chassis support components

Drivetrain Components

CVT-style transmissions modified to TrailDevil clutch tuning will be covered for up to two years, depending on the make and model. This warranty protects against defects related to the modification process and installation-related issues.

Tires and Wheels (Atturo Trail Hazard Warranty)

Every TrailDevil UTV comes standard with Atturo Trail Hazard Warranty, which covers tire repairs and replacements:

  • Up to $40 per occurrence for tire repairs within the first two years.
  • 100% coverage for replacement in the first year and 50% in the second year if a tire is unrepairable.

Consumable Parts

TrailDevil warranty does not cover consumable components such as:

  • Brake pads

  • Fuses

  • Filters

  • Ball joints

  • Wheel bearings

We recommend regular servicing to ensure these parts are replaced as needed to maintain safety and performance. These parts are available through your authorized TrailDevil dealer. For replacement inquiries, please contact us here.
